SINCE THE APPROVAL OF THE PROJECT PLANS IN 2020, THE INTERIOR LAYOUT OF THE STORE, WHICH INCLUDES THE ALCOHOL DISPLAY AREA HAS BEEN CHANGED AS A RESULT OF OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF THE OTHER STORES IN THE GROCERY CHAIN UNDER THE ORIGINAL LAYOUT, THE ALCOHOL DISPLAY AREA WAS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE STORE AND TOTAL TO 500 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE, WHICH IS ABOUT 22% OF THE FLOOR AREA.

ALSO THE INSTRUCTIONAL TASTING AREA WAS SITUATED ALONG THE SOUTHERN MOST PORTION OF THE STORE.

UNDER THE NEW LAYOUT.

THE ALCOHOL BEVERAGE DISPLAY AREA HAS INCREASED IN SIZE TO APPROXIMATELY 2000 SQUARE FEET, WHICH IS ABOUT 6% OF THE STORE AREA, THE INSTRUCTIONAL TASTING AREA.

IT WAS MOVED TO THE CENTER PORTION OF THE WESTERN MOST AISLE.

THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE ALCOHOL BEVERAGE DISPLAY AREA AND INSTRUCTIONAL TASTING AREA ARE CONSIDERED MINOR IN NATURE AND THE, AND ARE NORMAL.

PART OF RETAILERS ARE MODIFYING THEIR SPACE DUE TO CHANGING REQUIREMENTS.

STAFF HAS REVIEW THE PROPOSAL AND HAS NO CONCERNS FOR THIS REQUEST.

THE RESOLUTIONS FOR BOTH ENTITLEMENTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT THE CHANGES TO DISPLAY AND TASTING AREAS.

THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE FROM 7:00 AM TO 10:00 PM, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK WITH APPROXIMATELY 10 EMPLOYEES.

AND THERE'S ALSO A TEMPORARY OUTDOOR DINING AREA LOCATED ALONG THE WESTERLY SIDE OF THE BUILDING WITHIN A PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT.

THEY REQUESTED TYPE 41 ON SALE BEER AND WINE LICENSE WILL AUTHORIZE A SALE AND ONSITE CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE IN CONJUNCTION WITH MEALS.

ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED WITHIN THE RESTAURANT AND WITHIN THE PERMANENT AND THE TEMPORARY OUTDOOR DINING AREAS.

THE REQUESTED ALCOHOL SALES DO NOT IMPACT PARKING REQUIREMENTS.

UH, IT'S APPROXIMATELY 600 SQUARE FEET IN AREA.

AND ACCORDING TO THE BUSINESS OPERATOR, THE TEMPORARY AFTER DINING AREA WILL BE REMOVED.

ONCE THE TEMPORARY CODE VIN PROTOCOLS HAVE BEEN TERMINATED.

THE, UM, RESTAURANT IS LOCATED WITHIN CENSUS TRACK 13.01, WHICH ALLOWS FOR A TOTAL OF SEVEN ON SALE LICENSES BEFORE A LEVEL OF UNDO CONCENTRATION IS REACHED.
