UH, THIS EVENING'S LARGE SPECIALTY EVENT WILL BE CONDUCTED ON A, UH, VACANT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE ORE LOCATED NEAR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LAMBERT ROAD IN BEACH BOULEVARD.

UM, THE SPECIAL EVENT INCLUDES THE SALE PUMPKINS AND INCLUDES INFLATABLE SLIDES, INFLATABLE BOUNCERS, AND A KITTY TRAIN.

UH, THE VENT IS PROPOSED FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST THROUGH NOVEMBER 1ST.

AND THE PROPOSED HOURS WILL BE FROM EIGHT TO 10:00 PM, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.

UH, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CONDUCTED ON THIS PROPERTY FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF, UH, THE YEAR 2020 DUE TO COVID-19 THE EVENT LAYOUT REMAINS THE SAME AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS, UH, THE PUMPKIN DISPLAY AREA AND KATIE TRAIN ARE LOCATED NEAR THE CENTER OF THE PROPERTY.

UH, THE VENT INCLUDES THREE INFLATABLE BOUNCERS, FIVE INFLATABLE SLIDES AND TWO INFLATABLE OBSTACLE COURSES.

THE VENT AREA ALSO INCLUDES TEMPORARY LIGHTING, A SECURITY OFFICE FOR 24 HOUR ONSITE SECURITY, TEMPORARY RESTROOMS, UH, STORAGE TRAILERS, AND AN OFFICE UNIT.

UH, PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE IS LOCATED SOUTH OF THE DEL TACO DRIVE THROUGH RESTAURANT AND VEHICLE ACCESS IS LOCATED NEAR THE SOUTH EASTERLY CORNER OF THE PROPERTY ONSITE VEHICLE PARKING IS PROVIDED ALONG THE WESTERN LI UH, PROPERTY LINE, UH, WITH APPROXIMATELY 49 SPACES ONSITE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FROM PREVIOUS PUMPKIN PATCH EVENTS HAVE BEEN CARRIED OVER TO THIS REQUEST.

NO ISSUES WERE REPORTED FOR THE 2019 LARGE SPECIAL EVENT.

UH, THEREFORE STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT 21 DASH OH ONE.
