THE FIRST PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 1 0 7 EAST.

UM, SECOND AVENUE, THE IS 4,900 SQUARE FEET, AND IT'S CURRENTLY DEVELOPED WHAT THEY, ONE BEDROOM, ONE BATHROOM HOUSE.
