UM, EACH SESSION INCLUDES STRENGTH TRAINING AS WELL AS CARDIO EXERCISES, UM, WITH DIFFERENT FOCUSES FOR EACH DAY OF THE WEEK.

UH, THERE ARE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE LISTED ON THE SCREEN.

UH, THEY WILL HOST SESSIONS IN THE MORNING, UH, AND IN THE EVENING.

UH, THEY'LL BE OPEN MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, CLOSED SUNDAYS, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

THERE'LL BE NINE SESSIONS PER DAY.

UH, FRIDAY, SEVEN SESSIONS, AND THEN SATURDAY, THREE SESSIONS.

UM, AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS, UH, THE VARIOUS GYM EQUIPMENT USED IN THE TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE LOCATED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE BUILDING, UM, WITH THE CENTER REMAINING OPEN, UH, FOR TRAINING.

ALONGSIDE THE WHAT'S SHOWN ON THE SCREEN, UH, THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING MINOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING ADA UPGRADES, UH, A TRASH ENCLOSURE IN THE REAR, AND SOME IMPROVED REAR LANDSCAPING STAFF HAS CONCLUDED THAT THE FINDINGS REQUIRED FOR GRANTING OF A C U P CAN BE MADE.
