THEY'RE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. UH, THEY PROVIDE LOW COST CO CLOTHING TO LAHABRA RESIDENTS AND THEY HAVE ALSO PARTNERED WITH THREE SCHOOL DISTRICTS, UH, TO PROVIDE FREE CLOTHING, UH, TO FAMILIES IN NEED. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY EMPLOYEES, UH, STRICTLY VOLUNTEER BASIS, AND THEY'RE STAFFED BY ONE TO TWO VOLUNTEERS PER SHIFT. UM, THEY DEPEND ON DONATIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY, UH, TO STOCK. UH, THE STORE. THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWN ON THE SCREEN, UM, IS THE 1200 SQUARE FOOT TENANT SPACE. UH, IT'S LOCATED IN A 2,400 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING. UH, THE ADJACENT TENANT SPACE, 5 53 WEST WOODIER BOULEVARD SITS VACANT. UH, AS SHOWN ON THE SCREEN, THE MAJORITY OF THE TENANT SPACE IS RESERVED FOR RETAIL DISPLAY AREA.
