B. Chair and Vice Chair for the Successor Agency to the La Habra Redevelopment Agency for one-year terms (December 2023-December 2024);
C. Chair and Vice Chair for the Civic Improvement Authority for one-year terms (December 2023-December 2024);
D. Delegate and Alternate representatives to the Orange County Sanitation District for one-year terms (December 2023-December 2024);
E. Delegate and Alternate representatives to the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) for the purposes of voting at SCAG General Assembly meetings held in 2024;
F. Two Councilmembers to serve on the City's Internal Audit Committee for one-year terms (December 2023-December 2024); and,

B. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary for the transfer of the Property from the Successor Agency to the City of La Habra (City);
C. Approve an appropriation of $60,375 from the City's land acquisition fund for the purchase and transfer of the Property to the City; and,
