SO I, I JUST WANNA REITERATE, WELL, WELL, FIRST I WANNA SAY THAT THIS PROJECT, ALTHOUGH I HAVE NO FINANCIAL INTEREST IN THIS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, I HAVE A PERSONAL INTEREST IN THIS BECAUSE I FREQUENT THE BUSINESSES IN THIS AREA. UM, I, I WALK TO CAS AND HAMMER, I GO TO WINCHELL'S. I LIVE WITHIN STUMBLING DISTANCE. UM, I'M GLAD THAT THERE'S DEVELOPMENT AND A FACELIFT, AND I HOPE THAT IT'S WHAT SPARKS AN, YOU KNOW, SPARKS A MOVEMENT TO GET THE REST OF THAT AREA DEVELOPED AND MADE INTO AN ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT, A PLACE THAT BRINGS IN TAX REVENUE TO THE CITY. AND, AND JUST KIND OF LIKE, I, I DON'T WANNA DRIVE TO FULLERTON TO DRINK MY WINE. I DON'T WANNA DRIVE TO FULLERTON TO SEE MY BANDS. I DON'T WANNA DRIVE TO FULLERTON TO GO TO THE, I WANNA DO IT HERE. IF IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX ON ONE PARCEL, THEN IT WENT JUST TO THE PROPERTY OWNER. BUT IF IT'S AN INDIVIDUAL PARCEL, THEN, UM, YES, BECAUSE A, A DEVELOPMENT CLOSER TO A LOT OF MORE HOMEOWNERS WOULD PROBABLY HAVE GOTTEN MORE PUSHBACK REGARDING THE PARKING. BUT I GUESS THAT'S WHAT WE'RE GETTING AT. DO WE KNOW IF THERE WERE ANY HOMEOWNERS IN INCLUDED IN THAT RADIUS OR I GUESS SINGLE FAMILY? JUST TO CLARIFY WHAT WE DO FOR NOTICING HERE IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW, WE NOTIFY WITHIN A 304 FOOT RADIUS OF THE PROJECT, AND WE NOTIFY ONLY THE PROPERTY OWNERS.
