4. Adopt a resolution prohibiting stopping, standing and parking at all times on the north side of Whittier Boulevard west of Harbor Boulevard.
a. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. _____ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON WHITTIER BOULEVARD WEST OF HARBOR BOULEVARD.
5. Approve the Notice of Completion for the Harbor Boulevard and Lambert Road Intersection improvements, Project No. 5-TC-09; approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $40,000.00; approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $56,978.30; approve Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $16,277.25; appropriate $19,377.25 from available Gas Tax Fund balance to fund additional costs related to the project; and authorize the City Manager to increase the Purchase Order amount by $19,377.25.
6. Approve the Notice of Completion for the Whittier Boulevard and Beach Boulevard Intersection improvements, Project No. 6-TC-09; approve Change Order 1 in the amount of $19,471.54; approve Change Order 2 in the amount of $66,372.72; approve Change Order 3 in the amount of $46,857.36; and approve Change Order 4 in the amount of $87,285.42
7. Approve staff’s recommendations regarding Project No. 1-D-15 as follows:
a. Approve Specifications for the East Bishop Drive Temporary Channel Bracing, Project No. 1-D-15; and
b. Award a contract for the construction of the East Bishop Drive Temporary Channel Bracing, Project No. 1-D-15 to Robert D. Gosney Construction of Hesperia, California in the amount of $24,280.00 and reject all other bids; and
c. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Robert D. Gosney Construction and authorize staff to issue a purchase order in the amount of $26,708.00 that includes a 10 percent contingency; and
d. Appropriate additional $4,108.00 from Capital Projects Fund to cover the cost increase of construction of the East Bishop Drive Temporary Channel Bracing Project 1-D-15.
8. Approve staff’s recommendations regarding a request to review the Lindauer Drive and Laguna Drive Neighborhood as follows:
a. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. _____ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF LINDAUER DRIVE AND LAGUNA DRIVE AS AN ALL-WAY STOP INTERSECTION.
b. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. _____ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF LINDAUER DRIVE AT LA MIRADA STREET AND LINDAUER DRIVE AT VERNON STREET AS ALL-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS.
c. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. _____ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF LAGUNA DRIVE AT LA MIRADA STREET AND LAGUNA STREET AT VERNON STREET AS ALL-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS.
d. Approve Eastbound and Northbound "No Left Turn" restrictions during the 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. time periods Monday through Friday only at Hacienda Road and Laguna Drive.
e. Approve Southbound "No Right Turn" restrictions during the 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. time period, Monday through Friday only, on Hacienda Road at Lindauer Drive and at Laguna Drive.
f. Approve Southbound "Keep Clear" restrictions on Hacienda Road at Laguna Drive.
9. Adopt a resolution prohibiting stopping, standing and parking at all times on Martinez Drive at Blake Street.
