Matthew Baca, Director of Real Estate for Aldi Markets, spoke regarding the two conditions and requested a compromise regarding up lighting and public art. He also spoke regarding shopping cart lock rental system.
Arlene Buck, Monte Vista, spoke regarding cart lock rental system. She expressed concern regarding lighting at the store and safety, and asked for hours of the store. Mayor Gomez clarified the up lighting was regarding landscaping.
