APPROVE SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1777 ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA APPROVING ZONE CHANGE 16-01 FOR AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 18 ZONING CHAPTER 18.12.150 OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CONTINUE TO ALLOW FOR MINISTERIAL APPROVAL OF ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS IN SINGLE FAMILY AND MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONES PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SENATE BILL 1069 AND ASSEMBLY BILL 2299., AS PER EXHIBIT A.
