Council discussion included: concerns received; utilization of parking spots to be removed by apartment dwellers; confirmation of overnight parking policies of Rite Aid and Stater Brothers; line of sight exiting the Rite Aid and Stater Brothers parking lots; history of accidents; existing red curb;
