a. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. ______ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON LAMBERT ROAD WEST OF WHITEBOOK DRIVE.
Public Works Director Saykali presented the staff report.

Maria Savala, ___ Whitebrook spoke regarding danger of pulling out of Whitebrook Drive.
Jim Hobbins spoke to request the red curb be 100 feet instead of 65 feet.

Public Works Director Saykali asked to approach the podium for a question regarding the length of the red curb.
Sgt. Tigner stated he supports red curb. Collisions have been rear-ending, fail to yield, etc. He confirmed the speed limit on Lambert Road is 40 mph and he supports the incremental approach.
Motion to Approve AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 5696 ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON LAMBERT ROAD WEST OF WHITEBOOK DRIVE; AND TO HAVE STAFF REPORT BACK TO COUNCIL IN 60 DAYS WITH AN UPDATE ONCE THE RED CURB HAS BEEN PLACED. Moved by Mayor Pro Tem Gomez, seconded by Councilmember Beamish.
