a. Approve Neighborhood "H" Traffic Management Plan.

Council questions included: Florence/Pinehurst area, do more outreach in neighborhoods that did not meet 50% response rate; knock on doors; mailers were bilingual. Request per letter from resident in Area G.
Steve Brown explains process to reach neighbors regarding traffic management.

Debra Lest(?) - 200 Chinchilla, stated she asked if they could talk to neighbors who did not respond and were told they could not do so. They are willing to do whatever is possible to get this passed.

Moved by Mayor Beamish, seconded by Councilmember Gomez.
