4. Authorize City Manager to execute License Agreement with Southern California Edison Company for the use of the north parking lot at Esteli Park from May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2020.
5. Authorize City Manager to execute contract extension with Diversified Thermal Services (DTS) in the amount of $24,754 for the 12 month period beginning April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016 for annual maintenance and upkeep of HVAC equipment at City facilities.
6. WARRANTS: Approve Nos. 00100666 through 00100958 totaling $1,802,353.54.
7. Approve staff’s recommendation regarding a request for "No Stopping" Restrictions at 275-299 South Monte Vista Street; and
a. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. ______ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON MONTE VISTA STREET SOUTH OF LA HABRA BOULEVARD.
8. Approve and authorize City Manager to enter into agreement with National Data & Surveying Services of Beverly Hills in the amount of $115,559 to provide professional engineering services for the Citywide Traffic Control Devices Inventory and Sign Retro-Reflectivity Analysis Project; and authorize staff to issue a purchase order in the amount of $127,115 that includes a 10% Contingency.
9. Approve staff’s recommendation regarding a request for "No Stopping" restrictions on Coachwood Street at Wedgewood Lane; and
