VI. CONSIDERATION ITEMS:
1. Consider staff's recommendations regarding Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O; Project No. 1-TC-15 and to award contract to Hardy & Harper, Inc. for the construction of Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O, Project 1-TC-15.
a. Approve Plans and Specifications for Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O, Project No. 1-TC-15.
b. Award construction contract for Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O to Hardy and Harper, Inc. in the amount of $77,000.00 and reject all other bids.
c. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Hardy and Harper, Inc. in the amount of $77,000.00 and authorize staff to issue a purchase order to Hardy and Harper in the amount of $84,700.00, which includes a 10 percent contingency.
