A. CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY COUNCIL:
1. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same by reading title only.
2. Approve denial of claim filed by Vannes Oppenheimer for wrongful death.
3. Approve second reading and adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 1762 ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA APPROVING MODIFICATION 14-10 TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 11-01 FOR A 12-UNIT RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT AT 306 SOUTH MONTE VISTA STREET, AS PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.
4. Approve the countywide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Program shared costs budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2016.
5. Approve staff’s recommendation regarding a request for "No Stopping" restrictions on Dexford Drive at La Habra Boulevard; and
a. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO _______ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING, AND PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON BOTH SIDES OF DEXFORD DRIVE AT LA HABRA BOULEVARD.
6. Approve staff’s recommendation regarding a request for "No Stopping" restrictions at 1200 West Lorella Avenue, west of Idaho Street; and
a. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. ________ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON LORELLA AVENUE WEST OF IDAHO STREET.
7. REMOVED FROM THE AGENDA.
8. Authorize City Manager to execute a three-year extension to an agreement for animal sheltering services with Inland Valley Humane Society (IVHS).
9. WARRANTS: Approve Nos. 00102613 through 00102939 totaling $865,145.87.

a. Approve Plans and Specifications for Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O, Project No. 1-TC-15.
b. Award construction contract for Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O to Hardy and Harper, Inc. in the amount of $77,000.00 and reject all other bids.
c. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Hardy and Harper, Inc. in the amount of $77,000.00 and authorize staff to issue a purchase order to Hardy and Harper in the amount of $84,700.00, which includes a 10 percent contingency.
