II. PUBLIC COMMENTS:

Approve second reading and adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 1762 ENTITLED:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA APPROVING MODIFICATION 14-10 TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 11-01 FOR A 12-UNIT RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT AT 306 SOUTH MONTE VISTA STREET, AS PER THE APPROVED PLANS AND SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.

a. APPROVE FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. ______ ENTITLED:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA ADDING CHAPTER 15.69 TITLED "SOLAR ENERGY PERMITS" TO THE LA HABRA MUNICIPAL CODE.

VI. CONSIDERATION ITEMS:

Any member of the audience may request to address the City Council/Authority/Agency on any Consideration Item, prior to the City Council/Authority/Agency taking a final vote on the Item. The Mayor will invite interested persons to come forward to the podium and speak as each Item is called. Speakers must limit their comments to three (3) minutes each.

1. Consider staff’s recommendations regarding Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O; Project No. 1-TC-15 and to award contract to Hardy & Harper, Inc. for the construction of Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O, Project 1-TC-15.

a. Approve Plans and Specifications for Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O, Project No. 1-TC-15.

b. Award construction contract for Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans G, H, O to Hardy and Harper, Inc. in the amount of $77,000.00 and reject all other bids.

c. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Hardy and Harper, Inc. in the amount of $77,000.00 and authorize staff to issue a purchase order to Hardy and Harper in the amount of $84,700.00, which includes a 10 percent contingency.
