2. Consider resolutions that will be considered by voting members during the 2015 League of California Cities Annual Conference to occur at the San Jose Convention Center from September 30 - October 2.
3. Consider the proposed rate increases for the City's Refuse Fund for Calendar Years 2016 and 2017.
