1. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same by reading title only.
3. Approve Plans and Specifications for the View Park Mobile Home Estates Playground; Project No. 2-P-13; award construction contract and authorize City Manager to execute agreement with California Building Evaluation and Construction, Inc. for the View Park Mobile Home Estates Playground, Project No. 2-P-13, that includes the base bid and alternates 1, 2, and 4 in the total amount of $223,020 and reject all other bids; and authorize staff to issue a purchase order in the amount of $245,322 that includes 10 percent contingency.
