1. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same by reading title only.
3. Approve and authorize Executive Director to execute any and all related documents to the Subordination and Attornment Agreement, in substantially the form submitted, in connection with the loan that Neighborhood Works Orange County is securing on its Ground Lease Agreement with the La Habra Housing Authority for the property located at 601- 613 East La Habra Boulevard.
