Approve and authorize Executive Director to execute any and all documents related to the termination of a Ground Lease and Mutual Release agreement between Hay Rainbow, Inc., and the La Habra Housing Authority for the properties located at 600, 620, 630 and 700 North Beach Boulevard; and appropriate $103,446 from the Housing Authority fund balance; and authorize the Executive Director to make one-time payment in the amount of $103,446 to Hay Rainbow for certain repairs and improvements to the La Habra Inn property.
