b. Schedule a public hearing on proposed rate increases for Refuse, Water and Sewer Operations to be held on June 3, 2013.
c. Direct staff to prepare and mail notices to property owners of the scheduled public hearing on June 3, 2013, to consider 1) FY 2013-2014 and FY 2014-2015 proposed rate increases for the Water and Sewer Utility Authority Fund; and 2) FY 2013-2014 proposed rate increase for the Refuse Enterprise.
