II. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. PROCEDURAL WAIVER: Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same by reading title only.
2. Authorize Executive Director to execute agreement with the California Domestic Water Company to purchase 1,500 acre-feet of untreated Tier 1 water from the Metropolitan Water District at a cost of $1,045,500; appropriate $774,268 from the Water Enterprise Fund Balance for the purchase; and authorize staff to amend an existing purchase order to the California Domestic Water Company to reflect an additional encumbrance of $774,268 for water purchases.
