1. Consider the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for the period of July 2015 through December 2015 pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177 (l) and authorize staff to forward the approved Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule to the Oversight Board for approval.
a. APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2015-1 ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE LA HABRA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2015 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2015 PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 34177(l).
b. Approve and authorize the City Manager to forward the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS 15-16A) to the Oversight Board for their review and approval for submittal to the California State Department of Finance, California State Controller, Orange County Auditor Controller, and the County Administrative Office for their approval.
